ALABAMA AND NORTHWEST FLORIDA FROM 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON
THROUGH LATE TUESDAY NIGHT...
.Multiple rounds of heavy rain are expected across the entire
area through midweek. The bulk of the rain is expected to impact
the area beginning this afternoon and lasting through Tuesday
night. Rainfall totals of 2 to 5 inches are expected with locally
higher amounts possible in addition to the 2.5 to 4 inches
already received this weekend. This additional rainfall will
likely exacerbate the already saturated ground across the region,
which may lead to flash flooding.

The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of Alabama, northwest Florida, and southeast
Mississippi, including the following areas, in Alabama,
Baldwin Central, Baldwin Coastal, Baldwin Inland, Butler,
Choctaw, Clarke, Conecuh, Covington, Crenshaw, Escambia,
Mobile Central, Mobile Coastal, Mobile Inland, Monroe,
Washington, and Wilcox. In northwest Florida, Escambia
Coastal, Escambia Inland, Okaloosa Coastal, Okaloosa Inland,
Santa Rosa Coastal, and Santa Rosa Inland. In southeast
Mississippi, George, Greene, Perry, Stone, and Wayne.
* Through late Tuesday night
